Collect rental car

Because you have reserved a car with Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved rental car. This information consists of 4 sections:

  1. Picking up your hire car (this article)
  2. Your hire car insurance
  3. Driving your hire car
  4. Returning your hire car

No unexpected costs:

You pay only what is agreed in advance.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:

If it doesn't work out anyway, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

100% transport guarantee:

If you don't get where you need to be, you don't pay a cent.

Collecting your hire car

When to pick up?
You can pick up the reserved car at the time mentioned in the booking confirmation. If you can only come much later than the agreed time, please let us know?

Parking

Our Maastricht branch is located in an area with paid parking. A day ticket costs €6.60.

In Heerlen, Sittard, Roermond and Venlo, you can park your own car for free.

Borg

The booking confirmation you receive from us states how much deposit must be paid upon collection. The deposit can only be paid by PIN (category A) or credit card (categories A to D).

If you pay the deposit by PIN, you will be refunded the remainder to your bank account within 3 working days after returning the car.

When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorisation is made on your card. After return, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.

Change or cancel your reservation?

If you do not need the car, you can cancel it free of charge. To do so, send an e-mail to info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
