Frequently asked questions about renting
Do you also deliver vehicles on location? And do you also collect them again?
If required, we can deliver a car or van to your location and collect it again after the rental is over. We will agree the cost of delivery or collection in advance.
Can you also provide multiple types of vehicles?
There are a number of different makes and types of cars in each category. So within a category, there is still choice. However, we cannot always guarantee that the car of your choice will be available. The category you reserve is most important to us.
I want to rent type x. Is it available?
To check whether a particular car or bus is available, it is best to call: 043-3521100. You can also send an e-mail, but you will only hear later whether the vehicle of your choice is available.
How long do rental periods last?
- A day is from 09:00 to 09:00 the next morning
- A weekend is from Saturday 08:00 to Monday 09:00
- A half-day session (Monday to Friday only) is from 09:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00
- A half-day (Saturday only) is from 08:00 - 12:00 or 12:30 - 16:30
- An evening (Monday to Friday only) is from 17:00 - 09:00 (Monday to Friday)
- A week is 7 days and can start at 09:00 each day
- A Saturday is from 8:00 - 16:30
- A Sunday is from Saturday afternoon 16:30 to Monday 9:00
How is the car insured?
The cars have third-party and comprehensive insurance within the coverage area of the green card. Maximum third-party cover is €2,500,000 per occurrence.
