Picking up passenger bus

Because you have reserved a passenger bus with Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved bus. This information consists of 4 sections:

  1. Picking up your passenger van (this article)
  2. Insurance of your passenger bus
  3. Driving a passenger bus
  4. Returning your passenger bus

No unexpected costs:

You pay only what is agreed in advance.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:

If it doesn't work out anyway, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.

100% transport guarantee:

If you don't get where you need to be, you don't pay a cent.

Collecting your passenger bus

When to pick up?
You can pick up the reserved bus at the time mentioned in the booking confirmation. If you can only come much later than the agreed time, please let us know?

Parking

Our branch in Maastricht is in an area with paid parking. A day ticket costs €6.60.
At Heerlen and in Sittard you can park your own car for free.

Borg

The booking confirmation you receive from us will tell you how much deposit to pay at pick-up. On all our buses, the deposit can be paid by PIN or credit card.
  • If you pay the deposit by PIN, the remainder will be refunded to your bank account afterwards within 3 working days.
  • When paying the deposit by credit card, only an authorisation is made on your card. After return, the card will be charged with the final rental amount.

Change or cancel your reservation?

If you need the bus at a different time or day, we can change it. If you don't need the passenger bus at all, you can cancel it free of charge. In either case, send an e-mail to info@ad-rem.nl or call 043-3521100.
