Returning passenger bus
Because you have reserved a passenger bus with Adrem Car Rental, here is information about your reserved bus. This information consists of 4 sections:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure:
If it doesn't work out anyway, you can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
100% transport guarantee:
If you don't get where you need to be, you don't pay a cent.
Returning your passenger bus
Passenger bus pick-up.

That is the normal practice when you hire a passenger bus. I can tell you many stories about people who saw it differently. I'll do that later. Promise!
Since you have booked a passenger bus with Adrem, the last thing you will get in this series is information on how to return the bus.
Refuelling
When you rent a bus, you get it filled up. Then it is also nice for the next hirer that it is returned full again.
But what do you do when you have driven very few kilometres. You should always fill up with at least 5 litres, right? And surely no one notices if you don't refuel? There's more on that in this article: Why do I have to refuel a hire car?
Both we and the next tenant therefore appreciate it if you return the passenger bus fully refuelled. If you really don't have the time (or don't feel like it), we can of course do it for you. In that case, refuelling costs will be added to the bill (plus the fuel costs themselves, of course).
If, after refuelling, you think: "that's a lot of litres for what I've driven", feel free to tell us! We will then calculate whether you filled up too much fuel. If so, we will refund you the excess amount. Fair is fair!
Cleaning costs
We assume that you use the passenger bus normally, just like your own car. Sometimes we get back a bus that has clearly not been used ‘normally'. Dirty stains on the upholstery, smells, the strangest objects still in the cargo space, and I could go on....
In special, dirty, strange and weird cases, we will therefore charge cleaning fees. But rest assured: we only do so in special cases.
Smoking is forbidden in our rental cars. If you smoke, it's better to do it in a car park. The next renter will be happy to bring back a fresh van. If we notice smoking in the car, we will charge EUR 80 excluding VAT for this.
Submit
Buses can be returned 24 hours a day, including outside our opening hours. Park the bus near our office, remove all your belongings from the bus and lock it. You can put the key in a special key safe. How it works, we will explain when you come to collect the van.
